HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Financial serves customers across Little Rock with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
