HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Foods and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 554 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
