HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Mill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Little Rock serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
