HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Lantern Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
