HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Quill Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
