HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Juniper Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
