HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Ember Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
