HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

Amberfield Clear Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Las Vegas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
