HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Sparrow Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
