HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Banking Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 809 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
