HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

Fernwood Umber Legal Group is a law firm in Las Vegas serving businesses and individuals, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
