HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Orchard Freight Associates is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
