HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Kestrel Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
