HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Stone Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
