HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Las Vegas with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
