HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wilder Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
