HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Knoxville, TN)

Amberfield Cobalt Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Knoxville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
