HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bright Construction and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
