HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cobalt Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
