HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Bridge Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
