HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Quill Facilities Group is a facilities company in Knoxville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
