HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Summit Thistle Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
