HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Knoxville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
