HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Wren Legal Group is a Knoxville practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
