HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Union Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Kansas City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
