HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Drift Hospitality Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
