HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Kansas City region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
