HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Vale Insurance is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
