HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Bridge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Kansas City design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 485 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
