HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline North Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 565 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
