HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Amber Auto Group is a Kansas City company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
