HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Redstone Union Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 916 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
