HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 669 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
