HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Timber Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Jacksonville. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
