HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Jacksonville with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
