HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Bright Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
