HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Jacksonville plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 701 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
