HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Lantern Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Jacksonville and nearby communities, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
