HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
