HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Vale Community Partners is a Jacksonville charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
