HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jacksonville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
