HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Stone Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
