HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Lumen Junction Insurance is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
