HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Cedar Yarrow Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Jacksonville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
