HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Rook Press Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
