HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Jacksonville region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
