HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Birch Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Jackson region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
