HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Silverline Rook Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
