HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove West Energy Group is an energy provider in Jackson focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
