HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

Bright Rook Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
